Two friends of mine just lost their two month old baby boy to Spinal Muscular Atrophy last night. They only found out he had the illness a couple of weeks ago.
Nobody should have to go through this.

I'm sorry to hear about your friend's child passing. My 2 1/2 yr old daughter also has SMA. If they need support from some parents who have "been there" SMASupport.com is a wonderful site. Hope they are doing ok.

My heart goes out to your friends, KC. I have a friend that lost her son to SMA after a good long fight, and it is a horrible disease.
