I get an email whenever http://www.tshirthell.com releases a new t-shirt. They have the most incredibly offensive yet hilarious t-shirt logos and I enjoy hearing about the new additions which come quite regularly. I haven't yet managed to purchase one, though, because their shipping prices just seem unreasonable to me (hear that, ebay drama queen? That's how it's supposed to work.)
Today I got one of these emails, and I smiled, as I always do, at the last line:
Check it out:
(here they had the link to the new t-shirt logo, which I am not yet copying in here for a very good reason)
If you're an AOL user, or unable to click the link above, copy and
paste it into your browser.
The way that last sentence is phrased just makes me smile. I'm sure they purely meant it as tech support but it has this slight twinge of "...but maybe they are intentionally poking fun at AOL users", a practice I have been known to do from time to time (but only in the widest generalizations, and really, I understand that you are a different kind of AOL user and not at all of the ME TOO generation, of course of course of course).
But then the outright laughter came when I clicked on the link to the actual t-shirt:
Perhaps I am too easily amused, but man that was great.
