And speaking of dumping...

Our cleaning ladies dumped us today. No notice!

They said they want to spend more time with their kids at home and volunteering at school so they were reducing the number of days they work. I grok that, of course - but no notice??

I wonder if there was anything we could have done differently. Maybe if we'd randomly chosen Tuesdays instead of Wednesdays. Perhaps if we hadn't left the place in such a sty. Maybe they left because they were tired of picking up after us.

At least they did clean the house one last time before dumping us - I guess you could call it a "goodbye clean".
